很多人会因为歌词的表述和自己的经历相仿，而为其所动，但每次打动我的却只有那动人的旋律。

《The look of love》 是加拿大爵士女歌手Diana Krall翻唱的作品。慵懒的曲调配上女王沙哑的嗓音，彻底让人迷醉。Diana Krall的个人形象也极具魅力，她的衣着低调而有品质，眼神专注，似蒙着一层薄雾。这个白种女人，曾被时代杂志形容为“有漂亮金发与抑郁的眼睛，还有着危险的过去”。

有些爵士歌手会刻意凸显爵士风格，甚至标新立异，达到不惊人死不休的效果，Diana Krall的表演则显得“不动声色”：肢体语言不多，服装也不华丽炫目。而当她的指尖触及琴键，音符自然流出，那属于Diana Krall的独特气氛，便自然而然地铺满整个空间，你的心已为其俘虏，你的身体不觉随之律动。
