New product descriptions（描述） from Toys R Us reveal some exciting details about the characters（特征） in Avengers: Infinity War.

Marvel's Infinity War is shaping up（顺利发展） to be one of this year's biggest movies at the box office, but with two months left until this blockbuster-to-be hits theaters, there is still much we don't know about this superhero adventure. New merchandise（货物） details were just revealed on the Toys 'r Us website, including new details about Captain America (Chris Evans), Spider-Man (Tom Holland) and particularly the primary villain Thanos (Josh Brolin), which ultimately confirm Captain America's Secret Avengers will be featured in the movie. There will be some potential（潜在的） SPOILERS below, so read on at your own risk.

The Toys r' Us website features a number of different Avengers: Infinity War products that will be available for purchase, including action figures for Captain America, Spider-Man, Iron Man (Robert Downey Jr.), Thor (Chris Hemsworth), Huk (Mark Ruffalo), Star-Lord (Chris Pratt), Groot (Vin Diesel), Black Widow (Scarlett Johansson) and even an Infinity Gauntlet that you can wear yourself. The page also features a section（部分） that includes bios for a number of Infinity War characters, with the Captain America bio revealing that he has remained "under the radar" since opposing（反对） the Sokovia Accords, although he continues to do what he thinks is right, which is, "saving the world one clandestine（秘密的） mission at a time," which ultimately confirms the Secret Avengers will be part of the story. The accompanying artwork also features a glimpse at the massive（重大的） claw hands he was seen wearing in the Avengers: Infinity War trailer.

In the Marvel comics, the Secret Avengers were a team of superheroes that helped save the world in the period between the Civil War comics and the Infinity War comics, so it makes sense that they would be introduced here. In the comics, Steve Rogers ran the team, which also included characters like Beast, War Machine, Valkyrie, Moon Knight, Nova, Black Widow, Sharon Carter, and Ant-Man, although it isn't clear who will be part of the Secret Avengers in the movie. "The Avengers are brought face-to-face with the cunning（狡猾的）, intelligent and fierce warlord（军阀）, Thanos, a ruthless（无情的） cosmic threat consumed with saving the universe from itself. To stop him, the Avengers must join forces with the Guardians of the Galaxy, Doctor Strange, and Spider-Man to bring down this villain（反面人物） who will stop at nothing to collect the six Infinity Stones."

The notion of Thanos "saving the universe from itself" falls in line with the first trailer, where he states that he's trying to "balance the universe", but this new description offers a bit more context. It's possible that Thanos' plan is similar to Ultron's, who determined that humanity must be destroyed in order to save the planet, but it is not known if there is any connection to Thanos and Ultron's former plans. Still, it's an interesting notion（观念） to consider as（看成） we get closer and closer to the May 4 release date.

The Spider-Man bio actually introduces him as Iron Spider, with a glimpse at the Iron Spider suit designed by Tony Stark/Iron Man (Robert Downey Jr.), although the character bio doesn't reveal much, stating that he must use his, "wit（机智）, strength and Spider Sense" to help the Avengers stop Thanos from getting all six of the Infinity Stones. The Black Widow（寡妇） bio states that she has been "on the run" since the Avengers disbanded（散伙）. The Hulk bio adds that Bruce Banner is still struggling with his alter-ego and that, "he needs to make peace with who he truly is" if he is to help the Avengers beat Thanos. The final bio on the Toys 'r Us website is for Thor, revealing he is, "still striving to earn his worthiness（价值）" and will be put to the test when Thanos arrives.
