Great Officers are born!!!
It’s the tradition of all toastmaster club to renew the officer team yearly or every half year. Last meeting of People Square TMC was an officer election for the period from Jan 1st to June 30th 2019.
Seven distinguished members were elected officers. They are our new seven dragon balls!!! Now we have the magic power to do everything we want.

Life is like a box of Chocolates. You never know what you are gonna get. First time table topic master Joyce Ying hold a sweet table topic section around chocolates and life. Someone even found their true love in this section!

Danica
Danica received the warmest gift from her roommates at college who became her closest friends in life. They have been kept in touch for a long time and trust each other very much. (She trusts her friends more than her husband. LOL)
Yang gang
Yang Gang concluded from his dating with a girl he liked that women are not trustable and men are more reliable. So now he decides to ask Peter out for a holiday. What a gay relationship between them.
Jewel Zhu
Jewel said that Bible was the most important book to her. Jewel have served in PSTMC as the president for the last 5 months. And the reason why she serves our club is that she believes to be a leader is to be a servant. This is also why she believes in the book.
Simon
Simon told us that his favorite movie was an English movie named Robin Hood that he watched in his English class recently. The movie is about stories that Robin Hood stole form the rich and then helped the poor.

The Election section was hold by happy Alice. She managed to provoke all the candidates and potential candidates. Finally there were no officer vacancies. All jobs were 安排得明明白白的.

President
Jewel is our present president. She have done a very good job as the president and have devoted much of her time and energy to our club. Even when she is on a business trip, she always care about us and arrange everything in advance.
Her understanding of what should a president do for the club from her experience is to set the tongue for the club first. To be a president needs the courage and the braveness, but the most important is to serve, to know and to coordinate. We are really glad to have her being the consecutive president and lead us.
VPE
Yang Gang is a new member of People Square TMC. He is a very humorous boy and a talented speaker, since he won Best Prepared Speaker for his first prepared speech and also Best Role Taker for his first time TME.Yang Gang, as the new VPE, will try his best to assist our president and focus on the key value of our club——helping our members achieve their educational goal in toastmasters.
VPM
Nikki is also a new member of our club. She is a lovely and energetic girl with a genial smile on her face. She led the amazing opening dance of the 15th anniversary of our club. Nikki said that It’s great honor to run for VPM and she couldn’t imagine her first prepared speech was this campaign speech. She will as a VPM use her natural ability of connecting with others to build strong connection between guests and our club, and will make our club more proactive, sparking, terrific, marvelous and charming.
VPPR
Darcy is a very interesting new member who has a very special observation of life. He has a sense of cold humor and a very attractive low sexy voice. Darcy will try to maintain our great branding of People Square TMC. He is planning to do more things through the internet and new technology, and enhance international influence of People Square TMC. He will be the voice of PSTMC.
Secretary
Andrey is a senior member of PSTMC. She is very modest, responsible and reliable lady. She is now the present VPM of our club and has done a very good job of recruiting a lot of new talents to our club. She is very willing to serve our club in any way.
Treasurer
Danielle is a senior member and also a very lovely, responsible and trustworthy girl who is now serving our club as SAA. She has a long working experience in treasury department and is very qualified to be the treasure of our club. And she likes to work with the officers team very much and to achieve excellence together. We all believe that she will keep the money deposit very well.
SAA
Peter is a new and active member of PSTMC and has participated in nearly every meeting in the past two months. He is now serving as an SAA assistant. He thinks the job of SAA is very challenging and one needs to be fully devoted and also be happy to serve others. He wants to bring high-quality service to every meeting.
Just as our president Jewel said, Life is like a box of chocolate, you will never know what’s next for you. Thank everyone for the trust and encouragement!! Our new officer team will try their best to serve the club in the coming term.

PSTMC was founded in 2003 in Shanghai. It is the 3rd Toastmasters club in Shanghai and the 5th one in mainland China. We are nonprofit educational organization for the purpose of helping members improve their communication, public speaking and leadership skills.
